TFC Toys did a remarkable version of the Nuclear Missile Truck with their ST Commander Nuclear Blast version. Kato's Kollection did a review of it. It's kind of a cross between Optimus Prime and GI Joe. TFC Toys also did a Transformers/GI Joe crossover thing with the ST Commander Tyrant which was their take on a cross between Cobra Commander and Megatron. Emgo316 did a video on it. I tried sending you both of them once, but they must have been re-routed or lost or something.

Vehicle modes aren't bad. Bot mode for the tank looks weird. The jets bot mode reminds me of Leader-1 form Gobots. The Nuke carrier bot mode looks ridiculous. When you were setting them up to combine, I got some major Star Wars Chicken Walker vibs from the tank.The final combined version reminded me of Toq-Oh from Toqger.

I don't know what it is, but I'm really quite smitten with the way the Tank's robot mode comes together. Not to lend credence or make reference to a Bay-Formers film, but it screams WWII-era Transformer concept and I love it. I'd love to see him repainted in some vintage military drab (even though this and the missile rig are definitively Chinese artillery). Conversely...man I'm not a fan of the missile rig's robot mode. I adore the vehicle mode, but the robot mode is sadly something of an eye sore. The combined mode has potential, but I roared when I found out the giant explode-on-contact warheads...were its feet. That's a combined mode that's only got one good battle in him LOL. If it were possible, I would buy just the tank on the after-market and call it good.

That mystery panel may well have been the original foot, with the thruster hand folding into the leg, based on the look of how it’s connected to it. Doubt that actually works, but the alternative is that the panel exists solely to flip around to reveal details in one of the other modes.

A dealbreaker for me is that the combiner head is just the same head as one of the individual robots. How lazy. So its head is too big for its own robot, but then it's too small for the combination. Derp. At least have an extra piece to give it a bigger helmet or something.

That tank is not bad, but it's a couple of shades shy of good, too. What kills it for me is the lack of detail on the treads between the wheels. Not having a movable turret is a bit lame, too. A bit lacking in articulation, and some wierd shapes in the arms. Actually, the arms suck over-all. Parts-forming isn't great either. 100% Agree it feels more GoBots than Transformers. They really had no idea how to use the die-cast parts. Like the designer(s) just put them where ever instead of accounting for gravity. They all seem to have arms that are too short.
