The bloke from G2 set a pretty nasty, but not quite unheard of trap - leaving a tiny corridor just outisde of his sensor tower's range, but easily enough to sneak a handful of Medivacs, while making that forest of missile turrets in main. 95% sure that was on purpose. I was talking out loud 'don't fall for it, Marc', 'don't fall for it, Marc', but I can see how you didn't have a lot of options at that point either way, and still had to go for it at that point. I'd be interrested to hear other ppl's opinion on this, because I can remember even back in the WoL days, some dirtbags used to do that cheap trick in a TvT too. BTW, that game was unwinable. I'm lost for words, how did he manage to find those openings, while everything was falling apart so fast. This series will be way more epic, than Ghost to GM.

Heres an idea for a challenge. You can only use mines, ghosts, banshees. The terran units that require the enemy to have detection to fight. Call it “detect this” or “assassin to gm” or something far cooler than that. I would say medivacs are probably allowed as well?

He’s already done a ghost challenge unfortunately, so he’d be able to fallback on those while having even more units.

I like how in every single one of your challenges Terran has the scariest counters. It should be interesting to keep track of win/loss ratio of your challenges concerning which race. Pretty sure you have been winning most vs Zerg, from my perspective:)

That second game...my terran heart just melting, when I see that amount of incredible micro. Enough said - your opponent gets all the almost perfect moves, and - in my opinion - there was one mistake, when he unsiege his tanks just in time, when you got your marines next to those tanks. Seriously...one of the best TvT I've watch this year. Keep up the good work...because of you and your channel on YT, I get from silver to platinum just in couples of months. I've learned so much from your channel...greetings from Poland uThermal...also - can you consider next challenge something about mass air units to grandmaster? Or is it to easy?

In some situations, you could drop a PF in the enemy terran base to help break in. Like around 22:00 and a couple other spots. Repair it with mules. It might draw out the tank fire so your marines can rush in.

That second game was amazing. Your opponent played so brilliantly and set some seriously devious traps, such as the sieged back tanks, the senor coridor leading to missile turrets etc, but you just kept finding chinks in his armor and doing damage.

Just to let you know: In English, typically, if you say that something is "tiring" you're referring to it being boring or you're forcing yourself to do it, I'm sure what you mean is that it's mentally stressful and that you're losing energy because of the required intensity to win the games. If that's the case the proper thing to say is that it's "exhausting", meaning that your mental and/or physical energy is being depleted and that you would stop because of that rather than because it's boring you.

Disagree completely. Not true that describing something as tiring usually means it’s boring. It depends on the context as does all sarcasm. If he’s referring to his hand after playing for an hour, then saying it’s tiring is the correct word to use, not exhausting. Because he’s not exhausted… his hand is just tired. Don’t correct the English of someone who likely speaks it better than you in the first place.

@@Carmeezy Agree to disagree then. Tired is the correct word. If you practice guitar or piano for several hours your hands will become tired. You wouldn’t say painful. “My hands have become painful” is silly. It is entirely possible for a part of you to become tired and not the rest of you. Snap your fingers non stop for one hour. Your hands will become tired, but not the rest of you. You wouldn’t need to take a nap, you’d just need to stop snapping because you’re hands have become tired and need to rest. Like so much of language, it depends on the context, and in this case the context was clear and tired was the correct word.

With this build, I don't think you even really need to worry about the colossus. Years back I played against someone who did this exact same cheese. I had a full army of colossus against mass marines and I still couldn't win. Mass marines beat mass colossus. There was literally nothing I could do. You can produce Marines a lot faster than they can produce colossus is what it basically came down to.

No idea what Master/Grandmaster is like, but lower MMR (~2.4k) Singapore Terrans seem to love their tank drops. They also love Vikings. I've also been victim to a Proxy Factory once, but just once. Still holding out for BCs/Thors to Grandmaster!

So I got to thinking about if it was viable to do Tank, PF, Turret to GM. With a phase 2/anti cheese being you can have up to 1 of every other unit. I think it would make for faster games that one might think. Tanks have good DPS out of siege mode. You'd need to "creep" with your turrets. Brood Lords and Tempests would be to much of a hard counter which is why the phase 2 being 1 of every other unit at a time cap. I can see you doing silly late game things like, I'm gonna get concussive shell for my 1 marauder. I honestly have wondered how much of a hard counter to things like mass phoenix are turrets, how many PF's to send 70 stemmed marine's home in body bags, will you get salt rolling in 180 supply of tanks out of siege mode being repaired by mules into someone's nat? I think combat SCV's would be meta for it. I was actually inspired by this idea listening to your commentary in your 1 v 7 wins. Things you said a player vs and A.I. would do and it got me to thinking, would they really?

On the first game he should have just walked into your base when the medivacs left and he downed them on the left but he seemed to just want to wait while a completely undefended base became defended.
