One of my really close friends came back after his last tour “marine sniper” and was all fucked up. We go back like 4 flats on a Cadillac but I knew things would be diff after we hung out after he only had basic at Lejeune. I just prayed they would work themselves out cause he was such a tough dude and he had all of us to talk to. He was the most honest person I knew. There was an incident on the boardwalk in seaside heights NJ that me and a friend got him out of. Walked into a t-shirt shop and by accident he walked behind the register “area” to see a t-shirt on the wall but he had no clue. The manager was like “hey asshole get the fuck out of here” and the guy grabbed my friend, well in about 2 seconds flat my boy leveled this guy and proceeded to choke him out. I had to drag him out of there, and we didn’t talk about it again. He had a talent of hiding everything and I didn’t know anything was wrong until I got the call he was in the hospital with organ failure and died. One of his many vices “that he hid” put him in the hospital and he swoll up to 300 plus pounds. It fucks you up when you think, why didn’t he talk to me? Like I’m some savior… I really wish he knew about programs like this. I wish they all knew about this and other programs like it. Instead I hear he got asked a few questions and was pat on the ass on his way out the door to go home. Nobody deserves to die inside after being fucking warriors protecting all the people back home that didn’t go serve. I tried to enlist the same time as him but wasn’t medically cleared. I miss my friend, it’s been about 15 years. I was such a pussy, I didn’t even go to his funeral cause I wanted to remember him the way he was the last time I was with him. Apparently I’m still dealing with that guilt now or I prob wouldn’t have started typing. But fuck it, look what this man has done. Look what most of them on here go through. Please talk to a friend, family, pastor, anyone that will listen. The last thing we all want is to be on this earth without you. Thank you to all that have served any military time.

@ sorry, I wrote something nice back to you, but YT deleted it. Thank you, the night I wrote that wasn’t for likes or comments. I guess I had to write it to get rid of it, make sense? Thanks again, take care. Thanks again YT for having no spine. These are serious topics that affect the way people feel in a real scenario, deleting that is a bad look. But hey, as long as you get to shape the narrative that’s all that matters. YT needs a guy like Elon in there.

@@jg8464 lost Air Force dad at 8 years old and army uncle at 9. They challenged the world to a drinking contest, they were the only ones aware of it. I think the hardest part was facing his family. I felt guilty I wasn’t there to do a capt save a bro.. But again who am I. Nobody was talking that marine out of anything. He had to be physically dragged out of a dumb idea. That’s one of the things I loved about his personality.. I’m sorry you lost your friend. Maybe my friend and your friend are up there looking down at us like wtf? They are playing partners golf twice a week lol. 🧃 to our two friends. Salute.

They've been used for thousands of years. But sadly, since the natural world of healing & treatments which have been used for millennia has been hidden, banned, diminished & demonised as "obsolete" or worse, unfairly cut off from us. There are huge amounts of toxic ego within the Medical Industrial Complex; they take what they want from nature, what we [everyone] were supposed to be gifted & use it without recognising/acknowledging the whole. They also make judgements that they had/have no right to make. They took those miracles within nature & locked them away; most likely using them for their own benefit while deeming & labeling them off limits for us "useless eaters". Thankfully some did pass down the art & science of compounding & administration of these ancient treatments; which only recently are being recognised for their extraordinary applications in the modern world. Many Scientists & advocates have been working & advocating for their return to valid, accessible treatment resources for a wide variety of conditions, such as the guest described, chronic & intractable pain, neurological disorders, TBI, PTSD, add'cłn, psychological, other physical/mental/spiritual conditions. Sometimes just going back to the basics is just the thing one needs to begin a journey of healing.

How can you deal with getting out in a healthy way / what to avoid as to not go in a downward spiral
@candinmuniz32252 ай бұрын
The biggest thing is getting help early, and being brutally honest with yourself when you need it. Most people who struggle felt they weren't TRULY encountering something negative. We have a tendency to fool ourselves into thinking we're alright. Instead, be honest with yourself and get help early as best you can. Later on, be the largest advocate for yourself as you can possibly be.
