Thx. I bought Fenix. I see the Olight in the shop, but I decided to buy cl26r pro and now I see your video and I’m so happy that I chose the Fenix. 😂

I have all of these lamps, including the famous Sofirn BLF LT1. But I still grab my olight for the camping trips every time because I know the quality and battery life will be there. Glad you included the wuben. Great floodlight to keep in the back.

I’ve got a self built Promaster converted van. Own an Olight stretch. Plastic not glass. Biggest battery by far. Allows me to use no electricity at night for a week without a charge

The Wuban is the most practical for me,but not gonna lie, i like the lantern. 🦉

Not looking for a camping lamp, but the Olantern would be a great high capacity alternative for an at home power down scenario. Pricey but who cares when the grid is down. Thanks!

The bigger bronze-y one I have the mini version. Or something similar. Its like you cut off the base. It can produce yellow and white light. As well as be recharged. I quite like it.

Honestly, the streamlight rechargeable lanterns are perfect.

It depends on the use case. The Olight is better as part of your emergency kit while also being good for car camping. If you are backpacking though, I would probably go with the Fenix.

I love the look of the Olantern, if it was a bit more compact it would be a definite cop.

Aren't you able to change the light color from bright white to a warm light on the Wuban? I have the Fenix CL26R and I like it but you cannot change the bright white color and a warmer light.

Sofirn BLF LT1 blows these lanterns out of the water. No other lantern that I have seen yet have come close to the value and features on that lantern.
@MarineX5 ай бұрын
I saw that one, it has the smallest battery out of all of these. But what special features does it have maybe I need to check it out?
@PittiesAndMore5 ай бұрын
@@MarineX It has candle light, lighting storms, SOS, soft lighting (2700K), white lighting (5000K), 800 lumens, 4* 3000mAh batteries, two and an aluminum shell. The only thing is heavier than the Fenix.
@donaldstrader72415 ай бұрын
@@PittiesAndMore And it can run from any combination of one to four of those batteries. I have a Sofirn BLF LT1 sitting on my desk. To make full use of the interface can be confusing, but crib sheets will fit in the battery compartment. LOL. However, if you get confused, no real problem. Just turn it on, it will work. Since it has four batteries and is well built out of aluminum and heavy plastic diffuser, it does weigh more. It is also tougher and more water resistant. Mine won't act as a powerbank, but later models will. I consider it my best lantern out of the several I have. I keep at least one other lantern around that will work on rechargeable AA batteries, just in case. The Olight Prowess will probably become an interesting alternative.

The telescope feature on the Olight, to me, screams that it'll break at some point. No thank you
@Omnivorous1OneАй бұрын
Biggest issue I have with Olight is they insist on using proprietary batteries for most of their lights. I already have spare 18650 or 18350 batteries so I refuse to be cornered into having to buy more Olight 18650 batteries because their lights wont work with standard batteries that everything else uses.

Fenix seems like it would be the most useful??

Fenix lantern seems slightly overpriced considering made in China? Sofirn's L1TS is regularly on sale for about $30-35 similarly specced albeit its plain jane look, only 500 lumens and no magnetic base which I have 2 of as well as the previous gen non telescopic olight lantern also got for about 40% off a year ago (25% + AU$20 ebay special at same time, hehe) as well as its' mini equivalent for 25% off. House looks so cosy at night with the house lights off and lanterns on.

Wow!! Smaller, brighter, smaller and weaker battery but longer battery life??? How is that even possible?? 400 hours is crazy as far as i know the olight only lasts about 120 hours at weakest setting? No offense, can you attest to that? Im willing to replace all my lights with those thingies cause its absolutely worth it for that battery life
