Marino Restrepo is currently on a speaking tour in the UK and for July this year, he is in Scotland. In this talk Marino is in St. Margaret's RC church in Stirling where he was warmly welcomed and received to a full house.
In part one of this talk, Marino shares on his amazing testimony about being kidnapped by a Columbian cartel in the 90's at the age of 47 for six months. Marino shares on how God saved and rescued him from his secular and new age lifestyle.
During his time in the jungle, Marino experienced an illumination of conscience from God and the state of his soul was revealed to him. Since then, Marino travels eleven months of the year with his mission to save souls and to encourage people to turn back to God.
He has visited over 100 countries and written several books and relies totally on God's providence.

You said God chose the people who would hear you. Does that mean during a live talk, or on a KZbin video? Or both? I am listening to videos I see on KZbin. I read Christine’s book with your story in it and soon I will read your book. My life is a spiritual mess. There’s absolutely no way for me to fix my life. I am totally and completely stuck. So, if God wanted me to hear your talk I wonder why? What’s going to happen? Unless KZbin talks don’t count, then nothing will happen.

what is not convicing me is, that he saw during the illumination all his sins.... so why did he spend 2 years to learn in a church?! We all know priests normally strech and bend the Gospel according to their understanding. I'm perplex.....

He needed time to heal and learn before God could send him out on a mission to teach people. He is real.
