only slightly related, I love your use of chiptune Hard Times instead of just the Ice Cap Zone theme, such a good song! For the ones that don't know, "QLDC" is "Quality level design contest" that SMWC hosted and I'm pretty sure this level won the contest. Not only for the creativity, but also for the trolling with the puns throughout the level but also the ending. All of that just for a fake bossfight into credits with intentional mistakes to annoy the player and then the "real submission" to the contest which is just hot garbo, enemy spam. Absolute perfect level and I think this will probably open a new genre of Mario Romhacks, if not entire romhacks then partly.
