How to get Luigi in battle tower it gets hard

When u first play Roman u have to play world I and when u reach I-IV when u see the platforms down climb up and go to the left and there is a a pipe on the left go there and after u enter the castle gets bigger and u have to face 7 waves of Bowser as Mario and when u defeat it u get Luigi
