Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour - CPU stuck at O.B.

Note: Japanese version with Dolphin Emulator. NO CHEATS WERE USED.
An easy difficulty CPU gets stuck an Out of Bounds in the Bowser Badlands Hole 17 after I used couple save states(some RNG manipulation?).
Even JPN/PAL version has better AI, they still takes too long and lagging the game at some situation.
