Yes I'm thinking it would maintain the difficulty from Wii and not be as easy as Tour, hitting the cars and trucks again would spin and perhaps shrink you again instead of slowing you down and bomb same effects, in the toll booths Yoshis and Shy Guys maintain like in Tour so again no Miis operating in booster pass too

I'm excited but after what they did to shrooms ridge and basically didn't included the vehicles passing on opposite lanes makes me hesitant . You also have to remember the hit and bounce physics of Wii aren't in mk8 so depending on how they do this remakes it will either be a hit or miss. Just bring realistic . I'm all for this course coming back but if it's not giving what's it's known for I wouldve preferred toad factory or dry dry ruins

Toad’s Factory isn’t in Mario Kart Tour, so it pretty much has no chance in the BCP. But hey, we have Wii Rainbow Road to chew on as Wave 6 as there is no way it’s not going to be the finale of the blue shell cup as it’s in Tour and there is one Wii track left in the BCP. The real question is whether Wave 6 will have Wii, 2 GCN, and 5 Tour or SNES, GCN, Wii, and 5 Tour.

I was kind of expecting that too because as much as big of a fan I am of winter themed tracks, I began to think to myself “Wouldn’t it be cool if we had Vancouver Velocity in Wave 6 as the third track and for them to launch it in December again?” I don’t know about that because we had Merry Mountain as the third track for the third wave which might’ve coincided.

An F-Zero staff artist revealed that a big reason Nintendo hasn't made a new F-Zero game in all this time is so that it won't compete with Mario Kart for "Nintendo's Racing Game" status. I have no hope left for that franchise beyond a GX remake (and that game was perfectly good enough and came out half my life ago, so I'll be satisfied). Bleh to all this Mario Kart, let's just combine it all. I say the sequel on Switch 2 should be Nintendo Kart and basically go full Smash Bros with it!

@@toocoolgames5700 I wonder if they're ever going to make a Mario Kart that more closely resembles Super Mario Bros., like everyone has a jump button, there are big pits to jump over, enemies to jump on, you can get powerups like fire flowers and they don't go away until you get hurt, you can go flying over the track with a tail or a cape, etc. Also I'd love to see the series go open world like Forza Horizons but in the Mushroom kingdom. Seems like if it's different enough they could sell both 8 & 9 on the same console.

Every wave gets better, and this wave is unbelievable! Two wii tracks in one wave, and they're both really good ones? Mario Kart Tour fans (like myself) are also hitting the big time with this wave. Vancouver Velocity and Los Angeles Laps in one? Also, I can't forget about DAISY CRUISER!!

@MarcosVinicios-wd1mh It's not about the quality of the tracks, it's about the fact that the tracks are even being added at all. Nintendo cares about us and wants us to be happy, and so I'm perfectly OK with them not spending like a year working on each track. They wanna make the fans happy, and sometimes, you have to cut some corners for that, and it's okay. Rather the track looks perfect or not, I'm still glad we're getting tracks like koopa cape and Los Angeles Laps to race on. They're still really fun and Nintendo doesn't always have to work their butts off to make something. I like these tracks the way they are and there was still dedication put into them.

I totally called it that they were going to put Vancouver Velocity in this wave instead of Wave 6, so I feel good that I got that predication right. In fact the only track that I did not predict correctly in this wave was Moonview Highway but honestly I am glad I was wrong because it was a wonderful surprise to see. Overall, these courses look amazing and I cannot wait to play them when they release next week!!!

@@ashleyapple4980 Nice ones! I'm most excited for Koopa Cape and the other classic courses too and the new bathroom course. As for the city tracks, Los Angeles Laps is visually more vibrant with a sunny setting. It'll be interesting to see how Los Angeles works. It seems to be the longest city track so far so I believe it might be sectioned like Singapore Speedway on Lap 2/3.

Everything that's new with each remake: Athens Dash: . Athens Dash 3 has been added as a route to the course . Athens Dash 3 also appears to have it's own starting line, similar to Kalimari Desert & Singapore Speedway. This path will likely be taken after exiting the small cave . The cannon after Hadrian's Arch has been replaced by a regular glide ramp Daisy Cruiser: . The dining area now has Yoshis & Toads sitting on the seats, the tables however still move . Innertube Goombas have been added to the pool, the preview video shows that these goombas can be taken out, unlike in Singapore Speedway Moonview Highway: . A ramp has been added to the left raised section at the beginning of the course Los Angeles Laps: . The course now takes place at daytime . This is the only city course as of now to be section based, as a starting line has been to the bridge on the route to the Los Angeles Convention Center & another has been added to the entrance of the Inglewood Oil Field . The route on Rodeo Drive has seemingly been removed & now directs you to the area of Los Angeles Laps 2's starting line . The Venice Beach Skatepark area now includes a half-pipe . Glider rings have been added to the shortcut in the Inglewood Oil Field area Sunset Wilds: . The boost ramps at the towards the middle of the course have been made trickable Koopa Cape: . The music played when on the river has returned after being absent from 7 & Tour . The underwater section has been converted into an anti-gravity section, complete with spin boosters Vancouver Velocity: . The Capilano Suspension Bridge has been converted into an anti-gravity section, complete with spin boosters . An unused exit from the Rogers arena has been added to the course . Similarly to Amsterdam Drift, the route on Stanley Park has been taken in reverse . After leaving Stanley Park, the cannon has been replaced by a regular glide ramp . A new path has opened up, the trees on the roundabout have been removed & have been replaced with a grassy platform, which itself is trickable

Unbelievably stoked to get Vancouver earlier, I've waited nearly a whole year for this 😭 LA Laps and Athens are great too, especially the latter as it's the coolest and most unique Tour city of them all. Moonview Highway was a pleasant surprise. Does this mean a GCN track got axed for it, though? Also, I guess we're not getting SNES Bowser Castle 3 and Piranha Plant Cove just yet. Had a gut feeling they'd be saved for wave 6.

I love it, but please update coconut mall store’s windows, instead of just black crystals put at least lighter ones or a white image as a background. Almost all the stores look like they’re close and please place some more toads throughout the course because it looks empty!!

I think what’s really cool about Los Angeles Laps is that the track doesn’t return to the same finish line every lap and is instead one giant long course like Mount Wario or N64 Rainbow Road.

Well since it's already close to release here are my patch hope for this wave *SP Items from Tour migrating over to Deluxe *The B button works as it did on Wii U for spectator mode *fixing the red shell clip glitch *Fixing the Algorithm to push away smurfer to more balance rooms *Making Green Shells infini-bounce like the 64 era *Wheelies & Firehopping Makes a Comeback *Have MKTV Work With KZbin again (or facebook and twitter) That's about it can't think of anything new so but my one hope is that lighting doesn't get weaker again it's not as helpful as you'd might think.😰
