I really miss the emotional Mario Kart end credits themes. I like the Jazz music of MK 7 and 8, but Jazz is already used in the majority of those two games. 64 and DS's end credits themes are just beautiful, it really feels accomplishing, I hope it comes back soon.

An interesting thing to note is the list of composers increased quite a bit. Toru Minegishi, Kazumo Totaka, and Koji Kondo were added! This is particularly interesting given that Totaka and Kondo hardly ever compose anything anymore, and those two veterans never contributed anything directly to Mario Kart in the past; I think Kondo was only credited as a sound supporter once or twice. (They wouldn't be included for other tracks simply including their past music, otherwise the devs would just stick their name with Mahito Yokota under Sound Support. They're listed under "Music" which means they directly composed or arranged something new for Deluxe.) Toru Minegishi is there for Splatoon obviously...this leaves the other battle tracks. Hopefully they have another CD release where they tell us who did what again.

There is actually another end credits! You get it when you finish all the cups or at least finish 200cc!! And if you get that one it's VERY DIFFERENT!!!! So try to get and if you DO finish 200cc you get new voice clips and title screens and you also get hold Mario!!!!

I already said in my comment " I know i don't have to watch them" in the hope i didn't get reactions like this. Turns out that doesn't work :( So read my comment again. Yes i don't have to watch them, and most of the times i won't, but it still surprises me how they treat "news" about new games nowadays. If you compare it with a few years ago, when they also did have permission from Nintendo, you'd usually get a preview with some general info on what to expect, but they left all the surprises and fun stuff for yourself to explore. And even though i don't have to watch them, i think that is pretty sad; there is absolutely no worth in knowing that stuff before getting the game. It's far more special if you discover it yourself.
