Super Circuit was a nose hair away from being two games in one essentially. The SNES battle arenas are in the files, but most unfinished, all unused.

The GBA doesn't have a sound chip. Everything related to sound is handled by the CPU.

Man, no one ever talks about Super Circuit. It was my first Mario Kart game. Hell, the GBA itself was the first gaming system I ever had as a kid. Still have it to this day. Listening to this remastered soundtrack feels like putting on a brand new pair of glasses, it just takes me back.

It really sucks how so many people overlook super circuit.It brought a lot of cool stuff to the table.Honestly,I think super circuit is the 2nd best mario kart overall,and I don't even have notalgia with this game.I barely started playing it a few months ago,and I'm already in love with the game.

It was pretty good, but Crash Nitro Cart controlled better and had way better drifting. The drifting was so bad on Super Circuit I just resorted to braking a bit going around corners.

Brings back the memories! I grew up with a DS and MKDS, but one day we went to GameStop and my mom let me get a used copy of MKSC. That thing stayed in my DS GBA slot for YEARS, absolutely loved it, along with MKDS. Now I have a Game Boy collection, and can finally enjoy it on the GBA and GBA SP where it really belonged.

As I said in the first upload, this was my first Nintendo game ever and it brings me immense joy to hear the music as it was originally intended, after all these years, thank y'all so much for the hard work you do especially making new versions that sound even better. ❤️ Also this is my first time learning about the single pak stuff, I wonder why the non-SMK renditions sound less complete than in the regular game.

I remember getting this as a birthday gift in '03. I had saved up for an SP earlier in the Summer, and my first purchase was ALTTP: Four Swords. Aside from playing Mario Kart 64 at my friends house, this was my first Mario Kart.

This entire compilation is absolutely fantastic! And I also like that, unlike another Full OST video I've seen on KZbin, this one has all the SNES tracks in the right order! And what's even better, is the fact that there are even alternate versions of some SMK tunes at the end, to really complete the SMK-themed second half of the game!
