Instead the reality is: if i drain Mario CIrcuit R for example in tour 1, and then Mario Circuit R appears in Tour 2, i can drain another 100%ish exp from that race in tour 2 again, right?

Finally, I got maxed out on player level and multiplayer. It was super time consuming, and took me all the tours since I started playing like, 1 1/2 years ago. Now I wonder if they'll expand the player level again, because now I'm at 150, and it'd take me a long time to max out the level again if they moved it further.

The only way to increase skill levels (that I know of) is to get duplicate characters/karts/gliders from the pipe or to use skill tickets- which seem to be harder to get than level-up tickets. Most of the ones I've gotten were in the rewards toward the end of tours (all the way at the right of the screen). Hope this helps!

If you take advantage of the level system, you’ll have a serious point advantage over other players. If you compare a level 50 player to a level 20 player, the level 50 would get 900 more points for coming in first (each level gives you 30 more points), which then gets multiplied by 3, giving them 2,700 extra points on the ranked season for doing absolutely nothing. On a much larger scale, a level 200 player vs 20 player would get 5,400 more points per course, getting 16,200 extra points on all three courses, which is how some people are getting crazy scores like 40,000 already.

The badwagon and bullet bill glider were with Musician Mario, but they're still not tour limited. Just like the current one for samurai-looking Mario's set. For the NY Tour, the specials are Pauline, Musician Mario, Cab, and Cab Glider. I have the cab, but that's all. If someone actually gets one of the them in the store it will give me hope in not seeing an empty slot in my characters. Currently missing 4, but it sucks that 2 of them is Tour Only characters...

Yes you ll still lose xp below 4th placing and you cant get any xp even if you played well

The player level you lose when you quit a race is given back to you on top of what they normally give you when you complete the next race... assuming you place 1st-3rd that is... kind of pointless to take it away in the first place but that's mario kart tour for ya 🤷‍♂️
