Mario Kart Tour - How many Pulls for Wario (Hiker)? (Vancouver Pipe 2)

This video shows how many Pipe pulls I had to do to get Wario (Hiker) and Rainbow Starchute (Spotlight Character and Glider for Vancouver Pipe 2) in Mario Kart Tour on Android and iOS. I got the Snow Skimmer Kart as a Gold Pass reward, so I didn't need to find it. This also includes some gameplay of this new Wario outfit.

Stop pulling every chance you get, and know when to pull. You can save rubies, with ranked cups, challenges, tour gift rewards, etc.
