Nice job getting through this. Sorry it drained you so much! Here are some tips for Wifi (since that's the point, right? And so your practice doesn't go to waste): Right before the sliding thwomps at the end, release the gas briefly. You'll lose a little time, but then you'll have enough time to react and make your way through the gap. If you do this you'll make it through the gap pretty much every time because you know the pattern (one thwomp, gap, 3 thwomps, gap, etc.) and it's worth slowing down a little each time rather than getting stuck and dying. On the wall glitch part right after the bullet bills, don't wheelie up the wall right before it. Think of it like the DDR wall glitch. The surface is sloped, so when you wheelie you get thrown sideways and it's harder to curl around the wall. On the bullet bill section, I agree that the cycles are brutal. In a Wifi race you're going to have to have quick reactions. Sometimes it's not even enough to turn side to side - you don't have enough room. What you have to do sometimes is dive down onto the trampoline briefly then hop back up. But getting hit by a bullet isn't that bad because you don't lose your item and the whole road is boost panels anyway. On lap 2, it is perfectly acceptable to not even go for the wall curl. You don't lose that much time by playing it safe and just driving around - better than losing 5+ seconds by flying backwards! Good luck whenever you feel like picking this series back up.

Dat one Taco I don't use the Wii Wheel. For my videos I always use the classic controller cause I think it's much better, but Alex shows that you can keep up with the Wii Wheel if you only try hard enough.

Didn't expect this track to actually be done this early, so this caught me by surprise today haha. Huge thanks for giving this track a shot! I may have bias for this being my favorite CT of all time, but I do kinda have to agree with you that in Time Trials this track could throw you off (especially the bullet section depending on how fast you are). Though I'm really surprised not many people give this track a shot. So much tech involved that you could definitely outrun 99% of players, it's that simple! How good, you may ask? I can beat my own staff ghost shroomless, that's how. This is definitely a track anyone can get a stronghold on online if you learn the ropes and ignore the obvious gimmicks (which I actually kinda find neat :ss) Hope you had a tremendous time beating my ghost as much as I had fun making it! :D

I did a 1v1 on this track on CTWWs recently. I kept falling behind because it was my first time playing CTWWs in a while, but eventually I got ahead of the other player although they were still very close behind. At the very end, I was speeding headfirst into the thwomp wall and I was sure I was doomed, but I managed to slip in between the thwomps like you did at 6:19 and secure the win. I felt so cool that day.

The main reason he lost time to Alex was in the see through box shortcut thing. The ghost left the last box off the side, rather than off the ramp like TWD did. Due to this, he had less height, and landed on the large boost panel earlier.
