Unfamiliar with GSC rules but couldn’t you have just run into their bagger on BC3 while in mega (and him in a star) to get a -20?

There's a rule against pen fishing so it wouldn't be a penalty

Yeah if it’s obvious enough that hes in a star a i strait up just run into him, the referees would decide that i fished for a penalty. This rule can definitely still be exploited but in the bc3 scenario it would be to obvious that i could avoid the star.
