Considering Mario and his family recently upgraded to a larger, and newer mansion in another suburb of Los Angeles, at the end of August 2022, he put his long-time estate in Glendale on the market for $6.5 million. If the home should sell for that price it will mark the most expensive residential sale in the Glendale area over the last 5 years, and if you don’t have that kind of money laying around, the property was also reportedly available as a rental at $25K per month. Mario and his wife, Courtney Laine Mazza have lived here with their 3 children since 2010, when they purchased the place for $1.94 million, just before welcoming their eldest daughter Gia in September of that same year.

The new house is beautiful, my favorite, it is completely different from the other ones its more modern but yet homey, l did like the kitchen in the other house with the arch brick in the kitchen, but this one is beautiful also, he keeps to his heritage with the tile roofs,leather couches r nice, well done to Mario and Courtney, they have a wonderful family, keep those kids grounded, my husband is mexican and l am italian, Courtney cook that man a nice italian meal.

La Canada Flintridge, where the city smells like sh*t since it doesnt not have city drain pipes and rather most older homes use septic tanks which back up all the times and you can see human waste floatng down Foothill Blvd if you are familiar with that area. The stench of sewage is always in the air and during the summer months its really bad.
