It was nice to see a flash of my engine bay from my former car! I still remember the day I was at work late at night and I stumbled across the the pic of his blue car when he was installing the sr20det! I had no idea what it was and called around and eventually linked up with Marcos Vargas who gave me Mario’s number with a “good luck because he doesn’t answer the phone all the time!” 😂 I called right away and Mario picked up the phone on the second ring! We talked for about 3 hours! I remember going down to SoCal and getting a ride in that sr20 rocket! It’s ironic too because I had been contemplating selling my car! After that ride and seeing how much he paid attention to detail and all the nice shiny stuff I was hooked all over again! 😂 I’ve built two cars via TSR FABRICATION and my current build is a mixture of TSR and other local folks here in the Bay Area. I still have plenty of parts to get from Mario as the current swap I’m doing has never been done before! You can follow @purplereign510 on IG for details and updates. I have many plans for this build and have already purchased more TSR parts! This is my 3rd and final 510 build because I’m old too now lol!
