Someone already corrected the John D part but Yoshi.EXE is referenced in the Yoshi you fight in that song. A few more parts that could use correction, the "Too late game over" at the beginning of All Stars is just the standard Super Mario Bros. 3 death jingle, Omega is specifically based off Tanooki Mario in the same game, further referenced by SMB3 assets in the background of Act 2. The game over jingle is specifically from Super Mario World, possibly as a funny nod to Turmoil being the last voice Ultra M mimics

Another thing, WRONG TURMOIL, while still made the same person who's redesigned and rewrote Turmoil's story, Turmoil actually originates from the story where Mario eats a Mushroom corrupted with Yoshi code. Turmoil (not new) actually has a reference sheet, while Turmoil (NEW) only has a render. A story of the new Turmoil will be made sometime in the future.
