To be fair to Peach in the games, she's proven herself capable on multiple occasions and also has impressive magic abilities. Peach in the movie also knows how to fight, but she seems to be lacking in brute strength and durability compared to everyone else. One thing we can all agree on is that Bowser would send you to Jesus very fast. You also summed up Pauline fairly well, even in the games she doesn't really have any combat skills unless she can weaponize music, which honestly wouldn't be out of place in the Marioverse.

For the first one, honestly true, it's even seen on-screen in Bowser's Inside Story for the DS. The second one is what you'd call "Bard Magic" (or at least one form of that). I know of a character that possesses that kind of magic, although they're in a universe separate from the Marioverse. One thing I do remember though is they mainly have cyan hair.

@@loganthibert4023 Yeah, Peach's magic is no joke. In SMRPG she has cracked support magic as well, even on herself. Her main weakness is again, having less durability, and her lack of brute strength(she's not physically weak, but she pales in comparison to the others), the former of which she makes up for with her parasol. She's always been more of a skill/utility-based fighter than a strength-based one, something I hope the movies remember. And "Bard magic?" Funnily enough, I actually think I've heard of that before. That sort of thing hasn't really been used in the Marioverse, but it certainly wouldn't be out of place among everything else. I actually think it'd be pretty cool if Pauline in a later game actually began to weaponize her music.

Luigi survived being launched through a brick wall and holding off fire, which could melt iron within seconds. You’d literally break your hand when punching him. And Mario, Toad and Peach are far too fast and agile for you to keep up.

@@The_Gabe Yeah but it's incredibly inconsistent. Managed to destroy a giant ice CITY, within seconds. But barely even bends a drain cover. It was actually one of my complaints when I watched the movie. So it's less-so Luigi is durable as hell, more so Bowser just got weaker at the end while in Brooklyn

@@quinnimationtv He wasn't IN the lava, only close to it. You can see that the metal around Luigi was perfectly fine too, only the metal that touched the lava actually got burnt/melted. So it's less a durability feat and more the lava is weak

i saw the movie yesterday evening and loved it esspecially when bowser sings Peaches! I kinda felt bad for mario when he is scared.. my heart was beating so fast and I thought he was going to die.. i sadly missed the post credits but who cares. I rate the movie 10/10! I feel like Luigi would be a fair fight. In fact, I think me and Luigi would just become friends.
