Maybe the same thing that happened to Peach happened to Daisy: She entered Sarasaland through the warp pipe as a baby, was found by the people of Sarasaland, got raised by them, and became their princess.

@@RobertEdwards-x4d That doesn't fix the plothole of this comic. The movie established that Peach NEVER met another human before meeting Mario. So her already knowing Daisy contradicts this. Also, if Daisy had the same backstory, it'd be rather repetitive. I'd like something different for her.

Daisy could be one of her childhood friends/cousins who wandered into the pipes with her, but they were separated and forgot about each other. Anyway, it's possible for Peach to know Daisy w/o a plot hole.
