With the speed you're kinda right but strength goes to bowser. 1st of all, he did R.I.P Luigis mustache off which is impossible since its hes facial hair. 2nd of all, inside bowsers body theres an arm center and in there whoever can give them the most strength inside hes very strong cuse it happend one time he pulled a whole island 3rd, during the jam with kamek and bowser, bowser told kamek about how pain works, that was his expirience and it made him very strong learning from it and thats also why he didnt die in the movie. Ik terrence also has strength but... Hes just fat. 😬

Luigis is just scared because of all the scary things thats going into him hes not skilled enough for any bowsers minions yet. And combat goes neither cuse none of them fight often or mabye chuck.

Well we did see his speed when peach threw the koopa shell at the star and it was against mario and bowser against it, so we did kinda see it. Also this may be a dumb theory but bowser is the king so hes letting the other do the honors for him, for example, the shy guys kidnapped luigi as fast as they can instead of bowser, thats why he didnt show his speed.
