These two always forget the difference between Baby Bowser, Koopa Kid, and Bowser Jr every time they play a Mario Party game and I'm always ready to explain but then I realize that I also forget the difference Edit: Okay I totally just remembered using my own memory and definitely didn't look it up. Baby Bowser is literally just Bowser as a baby, Bowser Jr. is Bowser's son, and Koopa Kid is just a generic Koopaling or something which aren't Bowser's actual children.

Something interesting no one really brings up: This is the only game I know of that takes something from the Paper Mario universe, makes it 3d, and puts it in the other real Mario universe, that being the star spirits. This is just a Mario Party game, but still strange when you think of it. There's Paper Jam, but everything crossed over remains paper.

paper jam doesn't count because it didn't use any original paper mario characters and instead just ued paper versions of mario, peach, bowser, kamek (even though in actuality he was never paper and that was Kammy Koopa) and a BUNCH of copy paste toads. Paper Jam was seriously disappointing, and it didn't help its plot was really mediocre too. I mean it's most interesting plotthread, the two bowsers plotting against each other, doesn't even GO anywhere.

I had a dream about these two babysitting me. That's a little weird since I'm 17, but for some reason, my dream parents were like, "yep, this is a good plan." Dream grumps took me to the mall, where we were eating cheese samples and looking at nightgowns. They were fluffy nightgowns, and I was standing between two of them. Here comes dream Dan, smashing the two nightgowns towards me, and I was trapped in there for a second. Dream grumps walked away, and some bystander said, "hey, you left your daughter." I then caught up to them and I was going to tell them what the guy said, but I couldn't, and I promised I would tell them later. This is me telling them now. If the not dream Grumps saw this, I hope you enjoyed my story. If you aren't, then I hope you enjoyed it anyway.

I always enjoy these, even if Dan makes terrible strategic decisions and then blames it on the computer being set to hard. Like here 2:41 for example, if only someone had a capsule that takes away 10 coins from an opponent that they could have used to prevent this. Or here 8:24 where he could have gone up knowing that there was no way he could get the next star before Arin, granted he had no way of knowing that the next star was going to be on that path but after having played so many of these games its the obvious choice. oh or here 9:43 were he prioritized throwing the bomb at Peach instead of Koopa Kid. So i guess i'm saying I'm not sure if I like these because of Dan's terrible decisions or in spite of them.

I'm waiting for them to get one of the mini games that was in the demo on the Mario Kart: Double Dash demo disk. Ya know, the baseball one (Dinger Derby), the holding up a boulder one (button mashers), the standoff one (Shy Guy Showdown), the catching ice cream one (Coney Island), and the one were you have to avoid being pushed off an ice block by penguins (Pushy Penguins). Good memories are associated with those mini games. And by that, I mean memories of screaming, rage, and betrayal.

I own this version of Mario Party & am an expert at the Chain Chomp Romp game. the Chain Chomp will dash in a straight line & is fast. So be sure to zig-zag your way along the path, directing it with sharp turns. Since the beast is so fast, have your avatar run to the next position as soon as you blow the whistle to avoid it. Chain Chomps will also get stuck on corners. It's very stupid.
