That thumbnail really makes it super-apparent that you've stretched the video from 4:3 (circle) to 16:9 (non-circular ellipse). Is there any particular reason for which you chose to do this? I'm much less likely to watch a video when I've got to use a third-party site in order to correct its aspect ratio.
