For "Stamp Out" Fast, little hops (though fun) will get you very little ground coverage in the long run. If you want to Win, you want to get about a stamp length each hop so the next hop lands where the previous hop ended. (imagine walking and putting your heel right in front of your other toe). That will get you the most coverage..

There's this one KZbinr that tries hard at every minigame he gets, and he aces those involving button mashing. He plays as Luigi, which ironically is a symbol of doing nothing in Mario Party. In short, take advantage of every opportunity when you're in control, unlike Grizzy with his "house rules".
