Long Jump you’ve got to swing the Wii Remote upward as close to the green line as possible. With 400m Hurdles, you need to swing the Wii Remote and Nunchuk until you’re about to run out of stamina.

Archery just aim properly and pay attention to the wind. 400m Hurdles just make the character go at a steady pace and slow down when the stamina bar is low.
