People dream differently when they have a fever? Granted, I very rarely HAVE a fever, but the few times I've had them, as far as I can recall at least (don't remember my dreams from when I was a kid), my dreams weren't particularly different from normal.

What was in that burger? It made Mario dream of weird things like Bowser marrying Peach, Mario accidentally killing Daisy, Luigi trying to get revenge, giant Mario head trying to eat him, Mario getting eaten by Yoshi, Mario getting fat, and Mario trying to survive a lava boat ride.
