Toad Productions yeah. If waluigi didn’t bring that plunger, for whatever reason, he actually would’ve killed Mario. As he used the Wing Chun fighting style. A fighting style used to outlast your opponents stamina by moving to fast for them to hit you and make them tired by trying to hit you and missing, and by giving them weak, but disabling and dazing attacks so that they’ll get even more tired. So all in all, if waluigi didn’t bring the plunger or moved faster, he probably would’ve tired Mario out and finished him off about five to ten minutes after his death would’ve happened. As Mario would’ve been too tired from the amount of stamina he would be losing by missing his attacks on waluigi, and the amount of attacks he withstanded from waluigi.

I like how their fighting styles also showed in the weapons that they chose. For example, waluigi chose the wrench while mario chose the pipe. The pipe was slower but hit harder while the wrench didn't hurt as much but allowed you to hit faster.

As Mario was using good old fashioned fisticuffs, aka regular street brawling, which is a more tankier and brutal fighting style, waluigi used the Wing Chun style. A style that utilizes fast but weak attacks that are used to daze, tire out, and disable an opponent.

Tbh, that small pipe will likely do more damage due to its smaller surface area, and also being much easier to swing. I'd pick fighting against that large tube over fighting against that small pipe any day.

Mario’s fighting style revolved around waiting for an opening and striking when it was presented, problem was, Waluigi was an insanely fast fighter, and Mario wasn’t fast enough to make use of any opening Waluigi would give him Yet, Waluigi wasn’t strong enough to put Mario down, more importantly he wasn’t tough enough to take a major beating from Mario

Wario and Waluigi have way more martial arts training than their video game counter parts. From what it looks like Waluigi is a practitioner of Wing Chun and Escrima stick fighting. Mario on the other hand has basic American Kickboxing. He never stood a chance. If it wasn't for that "written in" death. I can't tell what martial art Wario uses yet cause he was just toying with Peach. But he does seem to be a practitioner of Dun Möch the Sith art of talking shit.

I've noticed that a few of the fight scenes are obviously a tribute to some modern-ish films. The gun-fu of toad in the first episode is a loving recreation of Equilibrium, whist this scene is very reminiscent of IP man. Great show.

An incredible fight. I just thought that Waluigi should have won the fight because he was fighting better. Mario could stay with the Peach prisoner for a while, it would be time enough for Luigi to learn to fight right. Then he would help Mario and the path would meet Toad and they would rescue the two, to be Luigi vs Waluigi and Toad vs Wario, or if it is arranged another actor to do Wario, Toad laid to waste and the Mario defeat Wario. And finally they would fight one by one against Bowzer and end Mario and Luigi matured together or something. Oh, and the background music is very good. What is the name of it or them?
