you forgot that yellow moon powerup. theres one in level 1 world 2. you have to place a platform near it so the block apears.

where can you get the penguin suit, is it an in game lvl? or do you need to get it from a toad house

Rj Hanni you get it from the toad house in the star world, same with the propeller suit. This rule does not apply in the Luigi version (New super Luigi U).
