Ciao Sara ! Grazie mie Maestre !!!

Sara, love this beautiful painting. So bright and happy. I went right off to try this yesterday and didn't even comment. Oops. I was excited. I had everything I think. But I had Behr untinted 8300 and it said enamel. I had glidden premium eggshell. I also forgot I didn't need to put floetrol in my colors. Yikes. Anyway, I tried following your every move. Came out ok but the paint was to thick I think. When I swiped white came with the black. I did get some pretty cells/ lacing. When it dried most cells disappeared. Going to try again. I'll water it down more, but not like the pearl pour right? Always anxious to see your videos pop up to watch. Thank you for sharing.
@SaraTaylor3 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much! It really is a fun little technique. It’s all about consistency, I do water it down a bit so it has more movement. You’re correct, you don’t really want floetrol in your colors. I hope you have fun with it!

Hi Sara, I truly enjoy your work and your music choice. And don't worry I do the same thing of going into my studio almost every hour to stare and basically study my favorite pieces. It's probably my favorite part, falling in love with my new work. Also, a question, do you prefer Stapled, Splined canvas or both?

Hey Monica, I think I prefer us blind, I do use back stable canvases occasionally. Thank you so much for your comment!

Stunning as usual Sarah. You didn’t mention how many parts paint to your PM Sarah- assuming it’s 1 part paint to 1 part everything else apart from the quarter part polycyclic?

Thank you Celia, I updated that below. It is about one part point medium to one part paint.
