Hey marissa thank you for your knowledge.. what are some good suggestions for sleep anxiety and health anxiety. I haven't slept for about 2 months because I feel a lot of discomfort in my body and that turned into anxiety and depression it sucks I feel like I can't rest

Please kindly provide a bit more clarity. After I turn my eyes up and take three deep breaths, and then close my eyes they are fluttering but then what do I do when I look down at the steps - do I keep my eyes rolled up and closed with continued fluttering or do I also turn my eyes down when they are closed as if I’m looking at the steps from 10 to one thank you so much. This is amazing and works for me every day. Just need clarity on where my eyes go when I’m looking down the stairs in my mines eye.

Hi I'm really interested in personal Development. And listen to many audio books about the subconscious mind. One book that totally changed my life was "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. I do practice Meditation every day but strangely it just makes me feeling anxious and i have a really hard time to relax my body. Thank you for this video i truly hope that this will work. BTW when i try this hypnosis my hands starts to ger really warm.

The hands getting warm is your energy flowing. Try putting them on your heart while saying your intentions or put on an area of your body that you wish to heal if you have pain and you will feel benefits of it. It’s a great thing you’re getting warm hands
