Hi Marisa, hope you're well 😊 This has all been perfectly timed. I'm an Australian Air Force veteran and I've been undergoing my reinvention over the past decade in the civilian world, but most recently, over the past month, the algorithm put your hypnosis videos into my feed. Long story short, the videos are AMAZING 🤩 Your training is brilliant for ex-defence, particularly those of us with PTSD and anxiety. Keep up the good work, I am exhilarated and excited in my journey with you as my navigator and me at the helm. More to follow, lots of love Toby xoxo 😊 PS: I'll keep you and your team posted ❤

We think that we feel safe around people or when they show us that they care about us…but in reality we need to learn every day how we feel safe with no one ..just our family members love us and care …when we can enjoy our times with no one we become very strong…💓💖

This is what I feel exactly! I have an amazing life, I live in a great country, with a great family in a happy marriage - but my mind says I cannot have it all so I always end up sabotaging my health. I liked the concept of the video and I'm sure there'd be a lot there to benefit from, if I could only hear it. The speaking style and background music ruin the audio quality. Fast speech in a slurred voice, with alternating cadence and rhythms, make it difficult to comprehend/absorb. Still, the first few minutes with the chart are excellent advice, simple and easy go adopt. Thank you for that, at least.

I love connections and had good friendships but I find it hard to establish them at this time of my life. As I am changing and reinventing myself a lot of old friends have fallen away. But when I try to establish new connections people seem more distant and avoidant. Mostly it’s all superficial. Which makes me sad. And there not many people with similar interests or life views as me around me. There is lack of spontaneous get together, everything is mundane and by appointment… very routine like and sporadic.

Dear Marisa, and I'm a go getter, I'm up at 5 a.m, I write down my goals for the following day before I go to bed, I'm an extremely hard working woman, I exercise, meditate etc etc. However, even though I do everything I'm supposed to do things don't happen for me. I've been trying to sell somethings to generate cash so I can reinvest the money and things don't sell! I get jobs working for people and they don't pay much! The jobs I get turn into difficult tasks and takes longer to finish the jobs, etc. If I show up at work hard and do what I'm supposed to do but things don't work out for me, what am I supposed to do? Please help
@obstantiadiscindo6 ай бұрын
Maybe you're trying too hard? Life isn't a precise mathematical equation, although we're often taught that. Put X in and you'll get a guaranteed X out. Sometimes we have to do things for their own sake - the water, the exercise etc - and trust that we're doing good, even though we don't see immediate or tangible results, but also knowing that things would be worse if we DIDN'T do them. But mostly we have to do what we believe in - just because it's a core part of being our true self - without expecting definite outcomes. When you're too attached to an outcome it often evades you. Are you doing what you think you "should", rather than what you feel truly connected to? Sometimes, when we think we want a certain outcome, it's helpful to ask "and what does that get me?". For every answer you give yourself, ask the same question again, until you reach your real motivation. It's surprising how often the answer isn't what you originally thought, and how often your real desire is easily attainable right now. It also stops us wanting the things we think we want, but actually do nothing to enrich us. Helps us pause a little, stand back and see the bigger picture and maybe see where we can best apply our focus and energy rather than going flat out across the board: it's a general truism that 80% of your results will come from 20% of your input., and 80% of your efforts will be producing only 20% of your results. (Pareto principle). You might find you achieve more, by doing less, ironically. Good luck!

That is an extremely gracious reply to an extremely rude question! Yes everyone is different and likes/dislikes different things HOWEVER I have gained so much insight from watching Marisa's videos and am very grateful that she shares her wisdom free on KZbin. I think Marisa has a pleasant voice - and that's coming from someone who is has always been complimented on their voice / accent ( despite the fact I cringe hearing myself on recordings) Attitude and gratitude are hugely important and I'd say these are 2 things you clearly need to work on before seeing any progress in your life 😮 Thank you Marisa for all that you do x
