19 days sober feeling horrible, resentful & lost for so many reasons lately. I was looking for answers in all the wrong places when all I needed to do was forgive. This really helped me alot today. Much love and thank you 🙏

This meditation made me cry and get angry. How can I ever forgive people that did such awful things to me? I don’t know how I can ever do that.
@catherinegraham294 ай бұрын
One teacher I respect says to put the most painful stuff in a "forgiveness waiting room ". You can't force forgiveness, but you can at least move towards it and let the Universe know that you would like to be free of the pain of holding onto these wounds.

I'm gonna continue to listen to this daily for the next month or so. Marissa, I love your choice of words. They're so memorable to me and really poignant 'unsullied'.... To give an example.

“Life is a journey of tenacity. Only the tough gets to the top through the storm. Take the steps one by one though the errand may be arduous. Never give up though you may grow weary. Think of the purpose though its attainment may be tough. Dare to get to the crown though you may meet the obstacles. You are never born to relax all day but to dare to do the undone. If only it is reasonable enough within the real reasons of your life, and if your soul and spirit convince you of getting it done, then, you have the real reasons to dare for the crown.” ― Ernest Agyemang Yeboah Infinite Love Beautiful Soul! ✨❤

Forgiveness is so important to our mental health. Even if you don't feel like you deserve it, try to forgive yourself and even if you don't feel they deserve it, try to forgive others. Your own mental health depends on it 🙏🏼💖🙏🏼
@rainbowqueen1872 Жыл бұрын
For me, this was more of a Hypnosis than a Meditation. As a very creative / artistic and visual person I naturally respond better to the storytelling approach of a Guided Meditation which takes the listener on a ‘journey’ of imagination. Hypnosis is more about listening to practical positive vocal instructions and suggestions to help reprogram the subconscious brain. I’d like to hear the narrator try a true Guided Meditation as she has a lovely well modulated speaking voice which doesn’t irritate -and that’s hard to find on KZbin.

This video is a year old, so I don't know if anyone else will find this comment. But I still wanted to share my experience. To be honest, I've been struggling with a lot mentally. A lot of guilt, a lot of shame, and the more I'm growing (spiritually, mentally, age-wise) the more intense those memories became I remember trying a hypnosis with Marissa Peer during the lockdown and remember how great I felt so I searched her up again and found this video today as my thoughts started to overwhelm me. It didn't take me long before I started getting so deep I honestly felt I was falling asleep but I knew I was still awake. At the very end I felt this wave of exhaustion that seemed to overtake me and I had to take a nap (twice). Once I woke up I truly felt lighter and the memories haven't been as draining since I woke up the second time. This was my first day and I swear that I'll be doing this again. This feeling of forgiveness, of healing, is liberating!

This one is awesome wish I would have seen it years ago it would have made me & our relationship so much better. For sure I would have liked to see it yesterday afternoon as in church I realized I had never forgave your mother & that’s what I was trying to find a way when she started to push me into telling her what it was I was struggling with & I didn’t know what to say & then she got me upset & then she said was I thinking of the past & I said yes. That’s when she said she was out of here & calling for heather. Then I told her to go & I said I’d help her. It was ugly & I regretted it. This has already helped & I saved to keep listening to it. I even sent but to her as I’m sure she must also need to unload a lot of things she needs to stop carrying. Thanks so much. I’ll listen to the others.😢

@manyBlessings2all3 жыл бұрын
Abraham -Hicks teach that there are no mistakes just learning and we need all kinds of experiences to learn. We are eternal energy beings so it's all ok even if it doesn't feel like it just now in our human minds.. 'contrast' - the difficult & painful experiences - is as necessary as joy.. can't see or comprehend the 'light' fully without some darkness.. 🙏🌟☯️✨
@manyBlessings2all3 жыл бұрын
Also your mention of "mistakes" reminds me of a framed quote my Mum had, it's something like ~ " show me a person who makes no mistakes and I'll show you someone who doesn't make anything" -- Robert Kiyasaki talks of that, how we are taught in school that mistakes are bad, but as an entrepreneur one hAs to make mistakes, take some risks, to learn what works and what doesn't, & maybe find wonderful solutions 'by mistake'!! It's all a question of perspective 🤔🌈🌀🤩😀 ~ Blessings all 😘✨
