Same here, i think is because they are leaning too much in the soapy stuff and less in the adventure, action or worldbuilding side of the game (for my taste at least), i highly appreciate @marisharaygun work so i can still get Sam comercial bits and all the fun parts of the episode because i care really little about the general plot. I'm looking forward to the next campaign with the change of system and whatnot though.

Man... I miss the infinitely less serious days of the Mighty Neine. Sure they each had the own "emo episodes" in that campaign, but I feel like the longer critical role goes on the more the cast just leans into drama for the sake of being dramatic. And hey, if they're having fun I guess that's all that matters but... man this campaign just reminds me of the "theatre kids" that are just exhausting to be around at all times.
