Suggestions: 1. For your signs, you could get some of the pretty gold swirl paper clip style stem stands. 2. For the Cake, you could create the main event display cake like you did for the birthday recipient and her family to cut and enjoy after the event, and a sheet cake with the same flavors for serving to the guests. That way you can get the precision cake slices you want without the stress. Just beautifully done!

They have table cloths that the ends go under the legs of the table and it looks more high end
