Thank you so much sir. I have doubts regarding 1.maritime salvage vs Contractual salvage. Whether towing contract is the contractual salvage.....or it is different one?... 2. LOF is a Standard FORM for salvage operation. After signing by this , is it becomes contract?... or without any LOF we can do salvage , can get reward?. 3. When we can say whether the salvage is contracted or not?. please give me clarity on this for my understanding sir. Thanks again sir.
