2017 Mercedes Benz AMG C43 Review

Not many people know that the C43 is tuned by AMG, let alone think of the numbers between the previous gen C63 and the C43. The numbers show that the C43 could keep up with a C63. The ECU and turbo, transmission and TCU, braking system, drivetrain, and suspension are all tuned by AMG. So, if anything, the C43 is an AMG.

Just picked mine up on Tuesday! Selenite grey p4 package night package pano roof 19s performance exhaust premium leather. The car is awesome everyone loves it including me! It's a true AMG!

Yes, it IS a real AMG. Compare the performance to the previous generation C63 and you'll see it competes well. With AWD and being lighter, it actually tracks FASTER than the previous generation C63 too...

I traded in my '15 Audi S3 for this car recently. I love it! I got it with the AMG performance exhaust...this option itself makes this car simply amazing. Only want to drive it in sport + lol. Nice review BTW!

For all you folks asking about mpg, eco mode this vehicle is not for you. This vehicle was made to be driven fast without regards about gas mileage. Get a Prius as it's economical.

From my point of view it is an AMG, it all about c63 has been on the market for long time, people are still not get used to it that there is a new cheaper edition. C43 gives some people a chance to own a AMG( like me) C63 is too far for me, but c43 is something that I could reach.

nice review! well done... also your 1/8 & 1/4 mile dragrace videos were fun watching. wanted to buy the c63s estate but my dealer suggested the 43 for my needs. wasn't sure because of all the "real amg/baby amg" discussion going on. finally, the 4wd was the deciding difference. ordered in selenite grey magno, perf. seats + exhaust, pp4... hab' dir übrigens wegen dem burmester auf fb eine pn geschickt. vielleicht hast du ja mal zeit.. weiter so, wirklich geile vids!

If fuel consumption is your concern this vehicle is not for you. ECO mode? Really? I didn't buy this car to drive it in ECO mode. Comfort mode when the wife is riding in it. Sport + for the freeway and straightaways.

Elvin Lewis I can tell you the back seats suck. If you are 6ft tall you are head butting the ceiling. Not suitable for long drives for adults.

You say you Dont have the amg Steering wheel but I am Pretty sure your steering wheel is not the cheapest one you can get in europe. The Standard wheel in eu is the fully plastic one with the deep bend in the vertical piece

Go get the real amg exhaust is worth it .the can to it you might get a good price since you bought the car from there.

The interior is where it really matters between the two. I think the CLA looks great but if you sit inside both there is no comparison. The C is MUCH nicer inside.
