Mari, I’m a recent viewer and I really appreciate these videos. I relate a lot to your experiences with adhd and it helps me better understand and manage myself. I don’t think many people talk about the ugly sides of adhd, like overstimulating or dealing with sudden drops in enthusiasm. I thought I was just weird! Thank you Mari and congrats on 100k!

Thanks for the Mari Mondays! These videos have been more motivating than the tutorials tbh. It's nice seeing the behind the scenes and motivations towards making and promoting content. I've been watching KZbin for way too long, but in previous eras it was rare for the creators I followed to talk about making videos. Usually it was about algorithm changes or a video getting taken down. I would feel bad for them, that it was happening to them. But it didn't really give any structure as to *how* they got there. lol For example I had no idea KZbinrs had managers for a long time. I knew very big channels had full teams of staff and had meetings and stuff, or large channel networks, but I didn't know much about what it's like being a small indie KZbinr.

Love Mari mondays, and even tho I usually watch videos while doing something else some bits of Mari monday had me stop and focus more on the video, mostly the parts about adhd because I just found some stuff from r/adhdmemes I think and jeez it's painfully relatable, would love to see you talking more about your ways of handling it because, well, it feels like it makes everything harder, not just making content... My issue is mostly with actually starting to do stuff, like sitting down and starting to edit a video, as soon as I start I can actually lose track of time while doing it but, well, that needs me to start the thing...

Honestly, I think you're content is really good. It really helps! I'm scared of Reddit too and purposely refuse to even tell people who I am on there (i use an alt) cuz they love some negativity in there. On twitter, my main platform, I tend to just post mostly silly crap XD But hey it works!

Even though it's Tuesday yesterday was memorial day so it's kinda like it's Monday lol Twitter being designed to get you mad or horny is too accurate of an assessment lol. Your social media discussion was incredibly insightful and really helpful (these videos always are!). The point about different social media is an especially good advice, and one I've noticed but never really known the real details of lol. Different sites definitely have different types of content/posts that appeal to the people who use them and knowing what to post where is really important, would love to see a full video on the topic if you ever did it ^^ Also the point very early on about people not having as much time to watch streams vs when everyone was home in 2020 into 2021 is a really good one I feel like gets way overlooked in "vtubing is oversaturated" type stuff since like, yeah it's kind of a big deal lol

Mari's rambling is fun and informative! :D It might be fun to make an infographic or something similar with what each social media platform is commonly used for. I know it depends on our audience a lot, but even in general the way people use Facebook is very different from Twitter, which is very different from Reddit, etc. in general. I do like the advice about writing down what catches your eye on Twitter, Reddit, etc. Could help as well! Also, does the food in this game ever go bad? I feel like you could leave eggs there forever and it would just be good forever... Where do I get the grain of salt to take your advice with? Who do I have to make cry? Burnout happens to everyone. Take some time and step back from that specific form of content and try something else. Do what you need to do, and your audience will understand. This does not apply if you are a boy. You do NOT have an audience (other boy vtubers are not an audience or community), and we both know this. If you hit burnout as a man, it means you need to stop permanently. Keep streaming and you will find your community and your success. Boys need not apply. Men do not need managers because there is no way for them to grow. You are not watched. Us real viewers who can write paragraphs about our oshis will dunk on you every chance we get.
