Hi Mrs. Marjorie Here in US we call that recipe as “SHRIMP SCAMPI PASTA” same ingredients too, but it is more the best with mango daiquiri on a side🍝🍹🍸 That is popular in Hawaii, cuz its easy to cook and we also add liquor such as Barefoot Pinot Grigio in it to add more tastes and kick on the pasta.. Miss Marjorie, next time try mo icrush yung shrimp head and the shell sa almires, put in a bowl and pour hot water. Mix, then run through a sieve. Mas lalabas yung lasa pag dinikdik. 😊
