I love your cooking show, Judy Ann. I started watching a few weeks ago and you cheer me up every time. You mentioned shirataki noodles in this episode. Shirataki noodles are made from the konjac yam (konnyaku in Japanese). Konnyaku comes in different forms in Japanese food and I love its texture.

I always cook pasta with shrimp but what I do I marinade the shrimp in lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper then cook in butter. ( Where I live, wine is not an option ) THANKS Juday for sharing. Will try your recipe.
