I think in general Cam makes a solid point. But there’s a big caveat and a little caveat. The big one being that there is a legal case. As a lawyer I can tell you no matter what they say, as opposing counsel I’m going to flip it to the jury. To a much lesser degree, when you’re an athlete you are getting paid due to public interest/viewers. Politicians, entertainers, etc., should speak in personal scandals (assuming no pending legal action).
