Its kind of like an actor becoming the character he is imitating. He is kind of being a little robotic and jerky because the beat is just coming out through him and he is very in focus of being on the beat. Sometimes when I loop things on guitar that Im really feeling my body does similar motions. At least thats how I was perceiving it.
