I've seen that on other jobs. Experienced workers forget that they're talking down to somebody that could beat them into a stain. I remember one time i said because they were to frustrated or nervous to say it "if he whoops you don't count on any of us do anything more than make a phone call if that" then they got all good trainer started talking about wanting to teach about the job. Like yeah, we all have a few different thoughts going through our mind when you do that, but the job isn't in anyones mind and don't act like you're any different. Kids, Don't belittle anybody especially publicly that could physically dominate you

That's rich. There are things you don't do when in an industry where respect is earned, it didn't matter how "big" you were. See; Andre the Giant ready to kill Big John Studd when John stole his over the top rope step. If in the beginning Mark went off on anyone back when he was green because they didn't "respect" him, he could kiss his career, livelihood, even a few teeth of his goodbye. He wouldn't be up against whoever wronged him, but all his colleagues, maybe even the whole locker room Cause who the hell was HE? Big? Yes. Strong. Yes. But in the end he was still a NOBODY like the rest in the beginning. Any dickhead who is willing to throw down at that level gets what's coming to them. No one would be scared of him.
