Oswald didn't fire a single shot THAT DAY! Finding that HE, ALONE shot JFK & Tippet MUST BE the greatest injustice, in fact, it's a mockery of true justice! Also it was very convenient that the lifts in the book depository weren't working THAT DAY! This way only if people absolutely had to would they WALK up all those stairs to the 6th floor. 2 women were talking on those steps & have said that NOBODY passed them going either up OR down! They were there before, during & after the shooting! Oswald was on the 2nd floor drinking a Coke & was in the company of a female coworker! THIS was COMPLETELY IGNORED by the Warren Commission!

Jim Garrison's, DA of New Orleans, criticism of the Warren Commission report is instructive. He said "To demonstrate just how cosmicy IRRELEVANT the Warren Commission Report IS, for the MOST PART, there's a section in it, dealing with Jack Ruby's Mother's teeth! Now, even if Ruby had bitten Oswald to DEATH, THAT would STILL be IRRELEVANT!"
@TELEVISIONARCHIVES

I guess you didn't read the Warren Report. They did talk about her but in the context of mental illness and that Jack Ruby was suffering from it and it ran in his family. Jack Ruby's mother ran "an irregular household" and appeared to be "a rather disturbed person of poor personal appearance with no incentive for cleaning or cooking." It proved that Jack was unstable when he shot Oswald

Re the unfortunate audio issues at the beginning: UCLA has a School of Engineering, so maybe walk across campus and ask them to digitally filter the audio to remove the noise -- this is not difficult, and was done to the JFK 'Air Force One' recordings to greatly improve audio quality

What is all this audio error in the beginning - CIA? Mark Lane is a true icon on this matter and one of the most credible investigators, where he already at this stage was clear about the Warren Report as a probable part of the coverup. Now that president Biden has just released a vast number of documents from the case, it doesn't seem to reveal anything that wasn't known, and even has been pointed out already as early as in this lecture. However, in mainstream media, like with the NRK, the Norwegian parallel to BBC, there still is a great fear of or ban from sheding much light on the matter, other than refering to the official version where Oswald was the 'lone nut assassin'. Showing Oliver Stone's JFK once every decade is as far as they'll go, and having any real debate where someone who actually has some knowledge participates, that's out of the question. Instead they talk about it as it were some kind of far out QAnon theory. It's sad, ridiculous and scary.

The murder of Kennedy and then of Oswald and the awful "investigation" which followed it kicked off the general distrust of this (untrustworthy) government and the protest movement of the 1960s. Mark Lane is a hero for being brave enough to take on the defense Oswald deserved but could not have, and to speak his mind in the face of so much top down pressure for an undeserved consensus on the matter. Lane is an example of the best of American democracy in my opinion.

There were multiple eye witnesses who saw men behind the fence on the grassy knoll, and/or heard shots, saw smoke, and smelled gunpowder coming from there. Some people can play dumb if they want, but we know what time it really is.
@NkrumahTure
@NkrumahTure 3 жыл бұрын
@Wiser Every Day We know that there was a shooter on the sixth floor. The best evidence is a 34 point thumb print that turned out to be none other than Mac Wallace, the eliminator for Lyndon Johnson. The Warren Commission didn't do anything about that. But I wouldn't discount the eyewitnesses who had the same story about what they saw and heard out of hand just because a gun nor cartridge wasn't found behind the fence. But that's because whoever the shooter was didn't leave the one cartridge and gun used from that location. There were not multiple shots from the grassy knoll, just one. I believe Lee Bowers was the one person who had an unobstructed eyeview of what went on at the grassy knoll.
@NkrumahTure
@NkrumahTure 3 жыл бұрын
@Wiser Every Day Nope, back and to the left. That is the head motion on impact. The neck wound was from the Depository. The other shot from the building missed. No doubt on Wallace. His (34 point) thumbprint matches up, experts agree. We should all know no two people have the same finger print. There were things that the Commission did not want to deal with. But it makes sense because it was Johnson's appointed group. A lot was covered up.
@NkrumahTure
@NkrumahTure 3 жыл бұрын
@Wiser Every Day The skull and brain matter splattered on the left side of that trunk. The motorcycle cop riding near the left rear bumper of the car also caught some of the splatter. I don't know how much proof you need. Also, those who fired the shots has never stood trial for that homicide, so whether or not there's enough evidence for conviction is a moot point. We know there was a shooter on the knoll, they got away. Unless you believe Lee Bowers was lying. You've listened to too many of those Sixth floor videos on KZbin.

My Father was a Boston Cop who had remained in Germany with General Patton to assist Denazification with his knowledge of German. After the war from time to time he would be asked by an FBI agent to do a covert job. This agent was his High School President and later a Judge. My Dad hated the Kennedys and almost arrested one in 1953 Well on Friday,November 22,1963 I was 13. My father who worked vice nights told me to stay home sick and watch TV!. I was watching our mahogany 1952 Dumont 21" tv in the living room when the news hit around 1:30 EST. My Dad only listen to radio when he started yelling,"They Did it!" My Dad was a John Bircher. When he retired he was given a job with the notorious Koch bros.of Witchita for 15 years. The wife of our next door neighbor owned a sugar cane plantation next to the Castro Family in Cuba,which they fled in 1961. Mystery...

I was born in 1953...Sounds like we're similarly aged...In 63 I was living in Brockton, MA. (Which wasn't the hell hole it has become). Being roman catholic, and attending a catholic school.I was not exposed to any hatred for JFK. I'm now convinced that JFK, and his brother probably got what they deserved...And that we'll never know the whole truth, no matter how much time elapses. It was a den thieves and inequity then, and is as bad or worse today. What a waste of human endeavor and excellence! What a filthy stain on the hearts and souls of us all!

Watch as Burkley in 1967 bridles at giving a simple oral history of events of 22 Nov 63 - documents show he was confused about seating changes in the motorcade, if not, vehicle order changes. His seat would have prevented a frontal shot at the president. Now we know the Dallas mayor was CIA - when its charter prohibited such interference inside the US. Now we know: there was an angry exchange with the VP before the hotel breakfast - one that Jackie Kennedy may have overheard, having just seen the Wanted For treason newspaper ad - a full page as I understand. Oswald meanwhile does nothing to incriminate himself in TX, all New Orleans activity, stopped. IMO he watched walker & the ad placers & Joh Birchers, maybe Ruby, and solely them. Did not even show up for the protest of Dag Hammerskjold, where Walker goons did attack - some can be seen at Love Field: now we know SS agents actually had a shoving match on that tarmac, one that kept agents off the rear stanchion that simple fact would foil 200 plus degrees of lone nut shooting angle. Or from that of conspirators for that matter. Fun game to play: who heard or made threats against JFK prior to the day? Fruget, Cheramie, Millteer, his informant & recordist, Dinkins, GHWB, Mr Parrot his employee, Marcello, and informant (that man is going to be hit) , Ruby, who mentioned, fireworks; Arthur Krock in the NYT and his WH source. LHO made none - to anyone - and yet this would be an easy lie to insert & make part of the narrative. It is a shortcoming of the frame-up - the default is not that LHO becomes guilty. Occam's razor says all anomalies must be wiped out, the simplest way. Posner Warrren Bugliosi Holland Jennings & PBS Nova do not do that. claim to - falsely - lone nut in now way satisfies the good monk William..
