@marksesl
@marksesl 5 жыл бұрын
@@mydozer He distorted every material fact he could get his hands on. His own interviewee, Charles Brehm, called Lane an unmitigated liar for misrepresenting his statements concerning the direction of the shots and his seeing something fly back towards him; Lane insisted it was a skull fragment, though Bhehm never said that. Even John Connally called Lane "evil," though was nearly killed himself in the shooting. Like all blood sucking conspiracists, Lane focused on all the discrepancy evidence to cast doubt and sell books. He gave an incomplete account of what was reported to him by Lee Bowers which was later found in Lane's own notes, where Bowers stated categorically that no one was shooting from behind the fence. He quoted Dr. Shaw's statement given on Nov. 22 that the bullet was still lodged in the governor's thigh (to dispute the authenticity of CE 399) while knowing full well that the official medical report concerning Connally was that no bullet was found. Shaw had given his statement before the thigh wound had been examined just assuming the bullet was there since it wasn't found elsewhere.

47:00 in the angry man ignores the 58 witnesses that said shots came from the fence by the railroad area near the bridge . witnesses said they heard shots from the knoll but were told later that the shots came from a window 400 feet in the other direction . Ridicule , insults , threats , misinformation , lies , along with censorship , and ignoring their testimony , and even murder were used to change testimony in cases . But most witnesses were not changing testimony of what they saw and heard of shots coming from the knoll so their testimony was deleted , ignored , omitted , left out , ridiculed , etc. to create a statement for the warren commision to base conclusions on . Statements created by the criminal fbi coverup of the murder they helped commit .

Lane gives me a headache. He's such a shyster. All the deputies rushed to the grassy knoll because they were following where others went. The deputies were all stationed on Main Street around the corner. None could have known where the shots came from. The grassy knoll area was next to where Kennedy was shot, so naturally, that's where most everyone would go.

J Edgar should have known that the gunpowder, rather than the rifle, makes the smoke. Not all ammunition uses gunpowder that makes smoke. There is smokeless powder. In WW2, Americans used ammo that smoked while the Germans used smokeless powder. And I am confused. Liebeler says that the shells from Oswald's revolver were found around Officer Tippet's car. Revolvers do not eject shells like a semiautomatic pistol does. Based on that evidence "alone" if Oswald was carrying a pistol at the time of the arrest and that pistol was a revolver, it is unlikely that he killed the officer unless he stopped in the street, next to a policeman whom he shot to death, to take the shells out if the revolving cylinder and then reload. When Mr. Liebeler speaks, remember that he is defending the Warren Commission of which he was involved with, the findings of which the Congressional House committee on assassination decided that the report was deeply flawed.

Different days and Different times. Some professors probably took roll, believe it or not, to make sure their classes were attended and were important to their students. Perfectly plausible that the students wanted to go to the classes and received great value from the classes. Exams, maybe? A million reasons why, students did not get their education from a computer and emails. One more fact: very few students were on student loans, Pell Grants, maybe a few scholarships available. UCLA is a very expensive college to attend, and I'm guessing they wanted to get every possible benefit from attending classes when the tuition and room and board were paid by the student and or their parents.

Re: the missed first shot: Dealey Plaza witness, Royce G. Skelton, who was standing on top of the railroad overpass above Elm Street, told the Warren Commission that about the same time the limousine straightened up-got around the corner-he heard a shot and saw something hit near the left front of the president’s car, and he could see the smoke coming up off the cement. Since the sniper’s nest is on a straight line with a traffic signal, the bullet must have been fragmented against the mast arm of the signal light. It was the copper jacket, separated from the lead core by the signal arm, that struck the pavement on Elm. The lead core remained on a straight line in its flight and struck the Main Street curb near Tague over five hundred feet away, sending a chip of concrete into Tague’s cheek. The piece of the curbing containing the mark was removed by the FBI on August 5, 1964, and examined in the FBI laboratory in Washington, D.C. Small foreign metal smears were found adhering to the curbing section within the area of the mark. These metal smears were spectrographically determined to be essentially lead [the core of all bullets] with a trace of antimony.

He's wrong about the single bullet theory and got irate when Lane made his point but I find the WC and both gentlemen was wrong about the grains of the bullet because the photos of Connelly's removed fragments one of those fragments is almost a third of the size of the single almost pristine bullet that's not included the large fragments left in Connelly that for some strange reason he didn't want the doctor to remove...why? Because maybe because all the fragments in Connelly and fragments found in the limo would add up to half of the bullets original grains and all those fragments would be highly noticeable if they was missing from the almost pristine bullet and for the grassy knoll the WC said there was no evidence of a shooter except all the witnesses that stated the shot came from there and the WC never used those witnesses and flat out covered it up or and or suppressed them and the WC or Lane never used the actual DPD 3 different pariphine/nitrate tests records on Oswald there was 3 different separate test and Oswald passed them all and all 3 tests was on his face,neck,arms and hands so ask ourselves and experts in that field did Oswald ever fired a shot because expert's and scientist would testify that it's IMPOSSIBLE FOR OSWALD TO HAVE FIRED ANY SHOTS and even more so firing a allegedly total of 7 shots,3 rifle 4 revolver and next to a muzzle loader the 2 firearms that emits the most gunpowder residue,Oswald's pariphine tests are public record but I wonder if Lane had the results of the test because I never heard him say it in any of his debates or presentations and I thought I have seen or heard 90% of his debates or presentations.

Well Oswald was a loner by nature but he certainly wasn't a nut. Some people like Gerald Ford and others feel that assassins have to be "Nuts" whether it's a lone nut or a conspiratorial nut. That's never been the case, from Archduke Ferdinand to Anwar Sadat to JFK it was a political assassin or a political assassination team that took their revenge on their leader. As Mel Brooks said so succinctly in Blazing Saddles; "Gentlemen, we've got to protect our phony baloney jobs" is the reason why info was and is still withheld.

Mark Lane won the debate. Then again, I'm judging 58 years after the fact and after having read about 10 books, many of which corroborate what he said. "JFK and Unspeakable" by James Douglass, "On the Trail of Assassins" by Jim Garrison, and "Best Evidence" by David Lifton are 3 suggestions.

The CT myth of the "Magic Bullet" was invented. It was based on 3 main things: 1) Photos of the shirt and jacket with entry hole lower than on JFK's body - due to clothing being bunched up. 2) Rough drawing included in the WR not showing accurate location of entry wound - and was never intended to; the exact location was written in the WR, but ignored by CT people. 3) The most prominent photo of the single bullet does not show the flattened side of the bullet, so it seems quite undamaged. The photo showing the flattened part, is of course, ignored by CT people.

I love how the autopsy testimony is in direct contradiction to the 3 medical professionals that stated that the wound in the rear of Kennedys head was a "wound of exit". They said that the wound that killed Kennedy entered from the front right (at the temple area) and exited from the occipital parietal area in his skull at the rear. The way that JFKs body was hustled out of Dallas (illegally, by the way) and taken to Bethesda Naval Hospital was to assure that the autopsy would state contradictory information. The doctors at Parkland knew the truth. There are a thousand arguments about the Kennedy assassination, some are legit, some are not. There is 1 fact that cannot be erased: The "kill shot" was from the right front of that limo. The Zapruder film shows that categorically, so therefore there had to be at least 2 shooters. I think it was a triangulation of crossfire, personally. At best the Warren Report was a necessary sham that was used to calm America down, at worst it was a cover up to protect the ones guilty of the murder of a sitting President. Whether Oswald was the shooter or "just a patsy" will never be known because some numbnuts let a known mob contact named Jack Ruby kill Oswald. This has gone on and will continue to go on forever about the JFK assassination , so this parlor game will still be played after I am dead and gone, too.

i listened to the entire debate , liebeler made every effort he could given the time constraints to attack lane and call him a liar as opposed to just sticking with the facts . lane even in face of liebelers slander did not retaliate , he stuck to the case and facts at hand . i am not for a second saying that lane knew everything and that all that he asserted in those times was 100% accurate . it is important for all listeners of the debate to understand that there have since been other commissions plus the ARRB and much info released since 1963 that lane did not have access to . for that matter liebeler MAY also not have had access to info that contradicted him . for example liebeler in this debate maintained that the commission were denied access to the autopsy photos , he put the onus for that on the kennedy family . firstly , whether liebeler knew or not THE COMMISSION DID HAVE ACCESS to the autopsy photos and in fact several of them viewed them . rankin himself mentioned that he saw an autopsy photo showing a back wound in the warren executive sessions , that was if memory serves january 27 1964 . so the commission had the autopsy photos before that date , yet even in 1967 liebeler sought to contradict that fact . further and in fact arlen specter would later admit he saw atleast one autopsy photo at the time , the photo showing the BACK wound . and warren himself would also later make the admission that at the time he also saw the photos . so the warren commission had the autopsy photos as early as january 1964 contrary to what liebeler said , and contrary to his false assertion that the kennedy family denied access . the kennedy family had no right to the autopsy photos or to a right to deny the authorities access to them , any more than you or i would have such rights should a member of our families die tragically . liebeler tried to make lane out to be a liar in regards helen markham . liebeler cited her testimony in which she was asked if she had spoken to lane and gave such a description of the man she said killed the late officer tippit , which was that he was some what short , a bit heavy and had bushy hair . he used her reply NO I DID NOT or words to the effect . to the best of memory lane did not correct liebler on this , but there were time constraints . liebeler didnt mention the serious issues with markham that the commission and his fellow commission attorney ball had with her or that ball got frustrated with her and called her AN UTTER SCREWBALL . in actual FACT markham had told hugh aynesworth that tragic afternoon that the killer was a short , chunky man with bushy hair , not verbatim now but that is in essence what aynesworth said markham told her . this is what led to mark lane calling her up . lone nut advocates say that lane put words in her mouth , but he did not , they were her words told to aynesworth by HER . in an fbi interview she told i believe it was from memory agent bardwell odum that the killer was about 18 with dark / black hair .liebeler makes no mention of this and instead prefers to label lane a liar . when markham testified she flat out denied ever talking to anyone on the phone about what she saw . she at that point did not know that when lane spoke to her that he recorded the conversation in full . the commission that liebeler was part of played that tape for her , even in face of proof that she had lied she denied her own voice on the tape and continued to insist that she never had that conversation only to then admit that she had . markham then tried to lie her way out of the perjury she committed by inferring that she was duped , that she believed she was talking to dallas police captain will fritz on the phone .atleast two things make her assertion impossible . one being that fritz was a southern man with a southern accent and that lane had a very different , distinctive and very clear spoken northern accent as apparent in the above debate . no southerner from texas would ever hear lanes voice and assert that he sounded texan . the other thing that makes her assertion impossible and indeed false is that lane is heard on the tape identifying himself clearly saying MY NAME IS MR LANE , I AM AN ATTORNEY IN THE OSWALD CASE . to this day people maintain the lie that lane told markham that he was fritz . even 3 years after the warren commission ended as we can see in the above debate liebeler rather than admit the truth instead sought to rehabilitate a highly unreliable witness . of course had lane mentioned that markham said tippit was shot at 1.07 you can bet that liebeler would have sought to discredit the very woman he sought to rehabilitate . one very interesting thing was raised by lane right near the start and was in no way contradicted by leibeler , he could not in any case contradict it as its right there in black and white in the volumes . and it is that the commission stated that THEY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EDIT TESTIMONIES . so they reserved the right to edit a persons testimony and correct what they feel was inaccurate etc . at the end of a testimony they asked the person testifying if they wanted to wait read their testimony and sign it as proof that it is indeed the testimony they gave . some declined to wait and sign . but if they edited testimonies AND THEY MOST CERTAINLY DID then the edited testimony is not the testimony the person gave even had they signed it . what we have in the volumes is testimonies that may have been and indeed some have been proven to have been altered . so they are then not the original testimonies , we dont have those . we need all the original testimonies and then check them to see what alterations if any were made . and yes they did alter testimony , they removed complete segments of jackies testimony in which she describes jfks devestating head wound .

"even tho people say the brain was stolen or destroyed but the Kennedys technically own that stuff by law and xrays,autopsy records and drawings and the WC didn't see those records" the brain technically if you will was stolen , because there is no record of where it went , who took it and other material . in truth it seems the brain and other autopsy material was given to rfk and he buried them with jfk . perhaps when jfks body was moved from the old burial site to the current site . but if it was all legal and above board it should all have been signed out properly . "the WC didn't see those records they made the so called pathologist at Bethesda draw a picture 2 YES THEY DID as did the HSCA , of that there is no doubt . the pathologists did not draw pictures , dr humes had a medical artist (rydberg) draw several drawings . rydberg was not permitted to see any autopsy photos , he drew what humes told him to draw . and what humes told him to draw we now know was false . You cannot plant a fake bullet to incriminate your patsy until you know if the real bullet was found in the victim. Every single formal investigation both governmental and civilian has supported the Warren Commission in that JFK was shot twice from the rear only. No shot from the fence area could have exited out the right rear as conspiracists claim without making a near ninety degree turn in the skull. Look up "The West Texas Connection" it's very interesting. Also, sorry but Roscoe White looks JUST like the mid size tramp but with a wig on. Also, there was 3 shooters. Exactly, as Lane stated many times, the Warren Commission amounted to a case for the prosecution against Lee Harvey Oswald. It would have been perfectly legitimate had there been a case for the defence within it. But of course that was sorely and sadly lacking. That was left to independent researchers including Lane, sadly. (I say, 'sadly,' as it should have been official and when 'unofficial' it can be easily dismissed by those committed to the government position/Warren Commission's conclusions.

23:36 In macho man cowboy town Dallas, nobody needs to incriminate themselves or bother with a mail order rifle. Any corner hardware store or drugstore practically can sell anybody including Oswald, for under $50 at that point in time, a good rifle and not junk like the Mannlicher-Carcano. The money order the con artists bothered to invent for the "Oswald" rifle never was cashed, never run through the banking system. It never received the processing stamps and perforations a check or money order receives when being cashed and run through the banking system. It was just made up, filed away, and pulled out as fake "evidence" when it was needed to frame Oswald. The picture of Oswald holding the rifle was faked by Roscoe White when he and Oswald were working at Jaggers-Chiles-Stovall (a CIA front graphics company) in Dallas. JCS was also where Oswald's fake driver's license was fabricated. Those two had in 1958 gone together to the School of Illusionary Warfare in Nag's Head, NC, where people are trained to be fake commies and do fake false flag attacks. Like what the JFK assassination was. Roscoe White lived across the street from J.D. Tippit, and White was installed in the Dallas Police in Sept. 1963 like Oswald was installed in the book depository in Oct. 1963 and Earl Rose was installed in the medical examiner's office in June 1963. Oswald thought it would be a sham assassination, like what was practiced on Gen. Walker. Then LHO would be the hero who scared JFK into invading Cuba, and he would be a big hero to his CIA buddies. Earl Rose was another innocent patsy, who was supposed to be fed a lightly damaged but dead JFK with wounds altered by John Liggett. JFK was supposed to get only the shoulder shot at Z206 to make him arch himself up and hold his head high. The Z220 shot from the southern grassy knoll was supposed to hit JFK in the head and put him in a coma, to allow time for wound tampering before feeding the custom-tailored corpse to an innocent and unsuspecting Earl Rose. Liggett would then alter the wound to make it look like it had come from behind. But the bullet bungled into the windshield and JFK's throat, so Umbrella Man signalled for more big caliber shots from the northern grassy knoll. The big anatomical mess that resulted had to be spirited off to the standby autopsy crew at Bethesda instead of the autopsy being done at Parkland as originally intended. Another bungle (discovered by Jim Rothstein from Frank Sturgis) was that JFK was supposed to be picked off before the parade [upon arrival at Love Field], but lone gunman Al Carone = Al Carone couldn't get a shooting angle that would spare innocent bystanders. Story verified by Al Carone's daughter.

Even the audience regularly laughs at Liebler when he makes statements attacking Lane, they didn’t believe anything Liebler said then- AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. The results of the rifle test by experts Lane explained should speak volumes on it’s own. But the shot from the front showing “back and to the left” tells it all. Recording of at least 4 shots fired. Incompetence by Warren Commission on so much testimony ignored, yet still writing 26 volumes. Once you really understand when coverup and conspiracy has occurred. It’s always amazing to witness and try to determine whether dissenters who go to such lengths and expense to attempt to perpetuate these ludicrous explanations of Kennedy killing, 911, etc, are shills still paid by those responsible, insane people with an agenda or pitiful sheep.

Lane's was a liar and a grifter on an amazing scale. John Connally described him as "evil" and Charles Brehm described him as a "despicable liar." Lane was also condemned by the HSCA for misleading them with conspiracy theories he couldn't back up with evidence.

59:00 The throat bullet was taken out after 11pm once the autopsy was "over" and after Humes found out there had been a throat shot. Humes talked to Malcolm Perry after 11pm and ooooops! found out he had totally missed the fact there was a throat wound. So for midnight capers Humes had to quickie quickie cut out the bullet. Which is why JFK came to Bethesda with a half-inch tracheostomy wound in his throat (enlarged bullet hole) and left with a 2.5 inch hack job due to Humes slicing away to get out the throat bullet residual fragments. Humes was under the blackmail of Adm. Galloway and Adm. Burkley to make the three-bullet fairy tale somehow fit, when it didn't fit since the three-bullet fairy tale was a big lie.

Mr Liebeler proves he can talk fast but not much else. His closing remarks focus entirely on the diversity and integrity of the Warren Commission staff. Mr Lane ignores the staff’s credentials and focuses on their work product. A more realistic approach imo.

Mrs Oswald took that photo in the yard. On the back of one copy Oswald wrote.. Hunter of Facists, ha ha and gave it to deMornshield. Oswald worked in a photo lab and may have altered the picture himself, if at all. I think the shadow issue is a non sequitor.

i know nothing about shadows, but the rifle in the photos is different from the one found at the TSBD (the sling mounts are a different and therefore a different model), the face is identical in each photo and LHO's wedding ring changes hands on some of the photos. Marina oswald claimed she took one photo. at least 5 different versions were found. the one with 'hunter of fascists" was found by the Demohrenshelts much later. You are jumbling facts, which is the only way the WC fairy tale makes sense...kind of. The photos are not only faked they are sloppily faked.

How many times didLHO say he never owned a gun? Ratiocination this. 4 or 5 homicide detective's are searching for a suspect for the murder of a policeman an hour ago. Do you think they would not have their own weapons locked and cocked? Add to that the man reached "for a gun" how much more weight would've he gained? These cops are under the man who got Bonnie and Clyde 300 bullet's later

Mark lane was a defence lawyer who’s job was to pick holes in a prosecution case, and in most cases witnesses are flawed, they can’t remember all the details of a crime they’ve just seen. So the JFK assassination was a case in point, Dealey Plaza was an echo chamber where sounds reverberated everywhere, so some witness claimed to hear shots from the grassy knoll but this represented only 12 % of the witnesses there of which 88 % heard 3 x shots. The preponderance of evidence pointed to Oswald as the shooter with little to none pointing at someone else but some people don’t like to listen to the facts of a case like this where Oswald had been witnessed on the 6th floor, his weapon, his bullet cases x3, his empty bag and snipers nest which all had his finger or palm prints.

I'm not a math wiz, but i heard said a compiled group of some 58 of 90 eye and ear witnesses said shots came from the grassy knoll area, some were on the ground near the Pres. limousine, some were near the book building, one one the roof of a high rise across from the plaza, and some up on the railroad overpass and at least one cop on a motorcycle were all affected by the same echo simultaneously...not to mention more than a few witness saw puff(s) of smoke, some saw figures behind the fence that may even be present in a photo, and a Dallas police officer at the time of the shots says he instantly was focused on the spot by the fence saying he was first to run towards the fence, and the 3 railroad workers all said there were clearly defined footprints, on the ground, on a 2x4 and a car bumper, exactly where they saw the puff(s)of smoke. So the same echo did all that? 🤔🙄😳rotflmao🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂

Do you know the testimony of the undertaker at the funeral parlor where Oswald was taken? Most likely not is my guess...ONE(of many)of those inconvenient facts not included in the Warren Commission investigation or Report. Take the 27 Vol.s of info and use the pages to line the bottom of your bird cage, that's all it's good for.

It’s amazing what witnesses claim to see and hear, and because of their claims people jump all over the conspiracy theory. If 88 % heard 3 shots (according to the House Select Committee) and 3 bullet cases cases were found at the School Depository Building then the maths is pretty easy, that’s where the shots came from.
