Mark’s autobiography- Sing Backwards and Weep- is a terrific read. Not only an amazing musician, but very talented author. I couldn’t put the book down. My 16 year old is reading it now.

I love the solo perfomances of jeff fielder and mark lanegan so much. Jeff Fielder with all his complex guitar techniques is way underrated. the halo of ashes version at the end made me cry for a moment.

Jeff Fielder's guitar work has Black Mountain White Summer Zeppelin vibes and also Doors vibes. Anything with Mark Lanegan's voice in it is automatically lifted up to a rarefied level. I miss what new music he might have made and the world has lost such a treasure.
