yeah completely agree. Im glad to learn, that he quit interviewing all together. I would feel sad that more musicians (or anybody), would be exposed to that. But as said, it was fun to watch. :-)

That was kind of provocative, right off the bat, ''Why do you HAVE TO launch a solo career...'' . then the ''raspy voice'' comment... then the, ''you guys always look so confused whenever I ask you about future recordings, not a lot of thought about that?''

@lanegan16 - To be fair, these guys aren't the easiest people to break the ice with. Largent was so frustrated, he actually quit after this interview and stayed behind the scenes. Jim Shearer asked Mark about this interview and Mark's response was simply *trollface*

I give Largent props for fucking with them right back. It's MTV, after all, of course it isn't deep, meaningful questions about philosophy and world politics or whatever other BS, and don't forget - they agreed to do the appearance, knowing full well, if they'd EVER seen MTV, what they'd be in for.

that was one of the most awful interviewers of all time... Im glad I aint a musician, dealing with people like that. He has just no respect, seems not to care a tiny bit about the subject and has a very aggressive demanding style of asking completely stupid questions. Oh gawd. But it was fun watching :-)
