Same with me!!😭😭 I speak English, Türkish and Bulgarian!! And when I try to speak English I speak the 3 languages at the same time sometimes, and it becomes a total mess!!😭😭 On top of that is even more difficult when I'm writing. For example when I write in Bulgarian I write in türkish or English by accident.😅😭😭

If we’re being completely honest Mark rlly be speaking English 95% of time💀he tries rlly hard to speak korean especially in front of the cameras for shows and etc. But when it’s his own little live streams his English habits come out😂but I always praise him for trying hard but korean isn’t easy and I understand him just naturally speaking English. I mean Johnny does the same thing but he does not care and will speak in full English then maybe try and translate into korean later😂but it’s cute that mark tries so hard to just speak korean all the time.

honestly, i feel for him. im Chinese (as in, my parents are Chinese, and literally all my relatives) but i was born and raised in Europe. so, in turn, my English is HELLA better than my Chinese, even tho ppl expect the opposite. also the fact that English and Chinese (and any language that developed from Chinese, Korean included) are SO different doesnt help either rly, its a matter of environment, the longer u stay somewhere and see the language being used in everyday life, u slowly get more fluent. However, English is always gonna be Mark's first (or at least, first-accustomed-to) language, and thats why hes the most fluent in it. But lets be honest, the fact that hes bilingual anyway is pretty impressive, and its pretty nice for international fans to communicate with him (u saw how Johnny and him were on Buzzfeed and co.) in conclusion: *Mark is a genius* (im sry for ranting, i literally wrote a novel, but yeah)

As someone who is bilingual but struggles with my second language, this is super relatable. It's that feeling of not being able to get your point across in the way you want unlike your native language, the words coming up easily in your head in your native language but you keep snapping your fingers trying to pull the same word but in that second language out of your ass, people not being considerate and just laughing or talking over you when they see you legit struggling. .. it's a mess lol. Not to mention, the utter frustration of your listening skills being better than your speaking skills lmao.

Though i am kinda confused as it wrote there that he was introduced as smrookies in 2013 and yet he lived in vancouver during that time? He lived in vancouver until he was 15 which means that it was 2014
