I was born in '84 and started watching NASCAR consistently around '95. Between sharing a first name and you being a true gentleman racer, you were always my #1 Favorite Driver! Thank you for a memorable 2009 Season! Being in the stands for both your Michigan and Chicagoland wins was a dream-come-true for this diehard fan! And although many may think of you as a Ford Guy, my fondest memories will always be of you as a Chevrolet Guy! I hope retirement is treating you well :)

Discovered this tonight after watching a Slapshoes video. These podcasts are a gold mine and I've been listening for hours.

Made my weekend listening to this. When you won. I won. Best year of my life. Hands down. I had my own personal experiences, so extremely good, some extremely bad. (Severe injury in a car wreck). Came home from the hospital and watched the Chicago land race on vhs literally. 27 years old and the biggest nascar fan you ever met. What a year.

Very Kind of Mark Martin to give Juan Pablo Montoya some love. He was a solid driver. He deserves more respect than he got.

I just wonder what Juan could’ve down with the 2014-2016 Ganassi cars.

Divide the season into quarters. Nine races per quarter. Let each driver drop one result from each quarter, only on the day of the race. There would be a lot of drivers contending.
