As much as you work hard to explain that … and HOW … intermittent fasting is very positive for humans … I truly do not understand it. Thank you for trying !! I do know that I have been on a 16/8 fasting plan for 2 months, and it's been wonderful for me. I have also modified my nutritional plan : from low calorie, no extra fat … to high protein, high fat, no grains, no added sugar. This diet tastes so much better … and I'm never hungry on it. AMAZING TO ME !! I have lost 13 lbs. already.

I would like to know his opinion on the recent Amerincan Heart Association research that indicates a much higher risk of heart failures for intermittent fasters.
