Thank you Mark. Can I assume you would not be using the Dante Converter / Focusrite card combo if it were "finicky"? I'm looking for the same kind of stability I've enjoyed with Radar 24/V with my console.

Once it's setup, you get the same type of stability as (and slightly better S/N than) a RADAR 24 or V using the exact same sound cards.

Hello Mark , Radar Lover, I am MicAngelo owner of The Mix Palace, NY, USA and I want to share with you something important I recently learned using Radar. I have owned 5 different Radar's systems, and recently discovered having the Radar sync card installed, makes a huge difference in the sonics of Radar. I was about to sell my 2 Radar 6's until I stumbled across a guy that had a sync card to loan me. Once I installed the sync card, the few things that sonically bothered me about the sound of Radar was gone... Honestly as a Radar owner for 7 years, you have NOT heard Radar until you hear it with the sync card installed !!

I have spent a small fortune over the years with various in the box rigs and the biggest mistake I made is not getting the Radar system and be done. It sounds so much better to my ear than anything out there. My next upgrade will be Radar.
